What we collect
- Your name and mobile / WhatsApp number
- Your email address and city, if you choose to add them
- Your answers to the eligibility questions: qualification, age group, passport status, programme, budget and timeline
- Your preferred time for our call
- Basic visit details, such as the advertisement or link that brought you to the page
Why we collect it
- To call you and message you on WhatsApp about studying at Stephen Business School, Mauritius
- To check your eligibility and guide you through admission and visa
- To understand which of our advertisements are useful, so we can improve them
Who we share it with
- Stephen Business School, only when you decide to apply, to process your admission
- Service providers that run our systems for us, such as our customer management software and website hosting
- Advertising platforms such as Meta, to measure how our advertisements perform
We do not sell your personal details to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while we are helping you with your application, and for a reasonable period after that for our records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or tell us to stop calling or messaging you. These rights are in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
